What kind of photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos showing your pet’s face and features work best. Natural light is ideal! Avoid blurry or shadowed images. If you’re unsure, upload your best photo — our team will let you know if it’s suitable before we begin.
Can I include more than one pet in the portrait?
Yes! You can choose a multiple-pet option if you’d like your pets featured together. Each additional pet requires a little extra time and detail, but it’s well worth it for a truly special piece.
Do you show a preview before printing?
Yes! You’ll receive a digital preview by email before printing begins. Once you approve it, your artwork goes to production.
Can I make changes after I’ve approved the preview?
Minor adjustments can be made before printing (e.g. colour tone or small detail), but once production starts, we can’t make further changes.

Shipping & Delivery - How long will my order take?
Each portrait is made to order. Please allow:
- Artwork creation: Up to 3 business days
- NZ and Australia delivery: 7–18 business days (depending on location)
- You’ll receive tracking details once it ships.
Please allow a little extra time during holidays. Every print is made to order with care.
Can I gift a PetPrints portrait to someone?
Absolutely! PetPrints make beautiful gifts for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions. You can ship directly to the recipient and include a custom message at checkout.
